From a young age, the desire to understand how objects were made and work, resulted in me collecting random items and materials and dismantling them. The ultimate aim was to put them back together again having gained an understanding of the mechanisms. Many unsuccessful attempts often resulted in me creating something new that I found exciting or with my mother chasing me. This fuelled a passion for designing and creating that has led me to become a qualified designer.

Brazilian born and quickly running out of objects to dismantle, I moved to London as a teenager searching for more inspiration. This took me to Germany aged 20 to work as a product designer. I returned to London to study design at university and work in the industry.
